Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY:

FREE UK Delivery for ALL UK orders.

Flat rate £20 for all International Deliveries.

FREE International Delivery on orders over £120

*Please note that deliveries outside of the UK may be subjected to import VAT or customs duty.

These charges are calculated and applied by the border force control within the country of destination and are not applied by us or the courier service.

Tulas has no control over these charges and are not able to cancel or reduce them. Customers are advised to check with their local border force control for more details regarding this.

Tulas is not responsible for any parcel(s) a customer refuses to pay customs fees for and will deduct any fees incurred from the refund once the parcel has been returned to us by the courier.

 

SHIPPING:

Please provide 1-3 business days for processing and dispatch of order. For  delivery times: UK orders, 3-5 working days. For EU orders please allow 7-15 working days. For US and international orders allow up to 17 working days.

Usually orders are processed the same working day, and dispatched the next working day, however, if the order is placed after 8pm or is a larger order, do allow an extra day for processing and handling. 

 

QUALITY ASSURANCE:

Our store aims to provide quality items that have been checked before dispatched. If however, you have any issues please do not hesitate to contact us using the form on our contact page. Please make sure you check individual dress and clothing item sizes before making your purchase as these differ for each dress style.

 

RETURNS:

We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, we are happy to accept UK and EU returns. US customers are not currently eligible for returns. Simply email us at tulas.london@gmail.com with your order number as well as reason for return, and then return the item(s) to us unworn, with all the original labels intact within 14 days of delivery.

You must contact by email first before sending back to the return address  in order for us to process the refund. Please note, any other form of contact to request a return will not be accepted, you must email us to the above email address only.

We accept returns on Non- Sale items only.

When sending the parcel we recommend you use a tracked service via Royal Mail with confirmation of delivery as we will not be held responsible for any lost packages when returning your items that we have not received. As we provide a PO BOX address, we recommend Royal Mail only as other couriers may not recognize our address.

A return will be accepted provided that the item(s) returned are unworn and in perfect and original condition as to when sending to the buyer with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. Please note, Tulas does not reimburse shipping costs.

Failure to send back in original packaging could mean deduction in fee of the refund. Tags however must be attached and is compulsory when receiving any form of refund.

Any defect which includes marks, stains, damage or distinct smells on the items which suggest they have been worn, will mean that a return is not accepted.

Once we have received your item(s), please allow up to 14 working days for us to process and issue your refund. After your refund is issued, it may take a further 2-5 working days for your refund to be credited back and to appear in your account.

Please be advised that due to hygiene concerns we cannot accept returns on Hijabs or Hijab caps.

All our products are thoroughly quality checked before sending, however on the rare occasion you do receive a damaged item, you must email us within three days of receiving, if you do email after this time period, we would not be able to accept any responsibility or return.
