OUR STORY

Born in London, UK, to Middle Eastern and English parents, there has always been a celebration of faith, culture and heritage in my life.

As a woman who has dressed modestly from a young age, I know how important it is to feel comfortable as well as elegant in what you choose to wear - because what you choose to wear celebrates every part of who you are.

From this mindset, and with all women in mind, Tulas was born.

Tulas is a go-to destination for complete elevated effortless modestwear sets.

Our garments are thoughtfully created to address a real need and demand for Non-fitted modest wear - for the woman wishing to dress modestly, who is also conscious of the fabrics she wears against her skin.

This is why after dressing modestly for more than two decades and still finding it a struggle to find these garments, I decided to finally create them.

My aim for all future collections is to create modest wear that is made from natural and breathable fabrics such as 100% Cotton, Linen and Linen-Blends. Materials that are not derived from plastic and are not toxic to our skin and health - to offer our community the modest wear they actually deserve

Garments that provide the modest coverage you are looking for, for both everyday and evenings.

Design features such as high-necklines, long sleeves and non-sheer fabrics are key to ensure modesty in my designs. As a woman who understands the importance of functionality, I have incorporated designs with pockets and hidden zippers.

My mission is simple: to empower women to celebrate identity and faith, rooted in heritage and tradition by wearing items of clothing crafted from breathable and natural fabrics that they actually deserve.

I believe that when women are empowered, this in turn empowers new generations. This is why at Tulas I believe in giving back to communities who are in need of support. My promise is to give a percentage of proceeds to charities that are close to my heart, so that the cycle of empowerment continues.

Lots of Love & Duas, Tula
