Where We Ship To

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and European Union countries only.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

United Kingdom:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • £3.99 or "Free on orders over £40"

European Union:

  • International Shipping: 7-12 business days
  • £7.99

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier delays.

Customs, Duties and Taxes (EU Customers)

For orders shipped to European Union countries, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may be charged by your country's customs authority upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are beyond our control.

TULAS is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties. Please contact your local customs office for more information about potential charges before placing your order.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order using the tracking number provided.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at tulas.london@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
