Sizing

We want you to feel confident in every piece. Our garments are designed with a modest, relaxed fit. For detailed measurements and guidance on finding your perfect size, please visit our Sizing Guide.

Shipping

United Kingdom: Free standard delivery on all UK orders. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days.

International: A flat rate of £16 applies to international orders. Delivery is free on international orders over £100. Estimated delivery times are 7–15 days. Fees and duties may apply.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery from UK CUSTOMERS ONLY, ON SALE ITEMS ONLY. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.

Please note: Hijabs are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Fabric Care

Our pieces are crafted from premium fabrics including Cotton, Linen, Chiffon and Nida. To keep them looking their best:

  • Chiffon: Hand wash in cold water or dry clean. Lay flat to dry. Avoid wringing or tumble drying.
  • Cotton and Linen/ Linen Blends: Hand wash or Machine wash on a gentle cycle on cold. Reshape while damp and lay flat to dry.
  • Nida: Hand wash or gentle machine wash at 30°C. Do not bleach. Iron on a low setting.

Always check the care label on your garment for specific instructions.

Order Issues

If you have received an incorrect, damaged, or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tulas.london@gmail.com with your order number and a photo where applicable. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
