What is the return policy?
We are happy to accept UK returns ONLY within 14 days of delivery. ALL OTHERINTERNATIONAL customers are NOT currently eligible for returns.
We accept returns on NON-SALE items ONLY.
We DO NOT currently offer exchanges on any orders.
For UK returns: simply use the 'Start A Return' button below, by creating a customer account using your email address.
You will be able to request a return by selecting what items you wish to return and selecting a reason why from the menu. You will then be sent further return instructions.
Please return the item(s) to us unworn, with all the original labels and packaging intact within 14 days of delivery. *Please note: Tulas does not reimburse shipping costs; any shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
A return will be accepted provided that the item(s) returned are unworn and in perfect and original condition as to when sending to the buyer with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. Please note, Tulas does not reimburse shipping costs.
Any defect which includes marks, stains, damage or distinct smells on the items which suggest they have been worn, will mean that a return is not accepted.
Once we have received your item(s), please allow up to 14 working days for us to process and issue your refund. After your refund is issued, it may take a further 2-5 working days for your refund to be credited back and to appear in your account.
Please be advised that due to hygiene concerns we cannot accept returns on Hijabs or Hijab caps.
All our products are thoroughly quality checked before sending, however on the rare occasion you do receive a damaged item, you must email us within 3 days of receiving, if you do email after this time period, we would not be able to accept any responsibility or return.

Are 'on sale' items eligible for return?
Unfortunatley we do not offer returns on any sale items.
When will I get my order?
For UK delivery times: 2-5 working days.
For US and ALL OTHER International times: 3 - 7 working days.
Usually orders are processed the same working day, and dispatched the next working day, however, if the order is placed after 8pm or is a larger order, do allow an extra day for processing and handling.
Where are you based?
Our products are designed and selected in London, UK.
We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are of high quality. We make sure our products are ethically and fairly sourced by trading with manufacturers that are quality assured.

FREE UK Delivery for ALL UK orders.
£16 for ALL International Deliveries.
FREE International Delivery on orders over £100
*PLEASE NOTE THAT DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF THE UK MAY BE SUBJECTED TO IMPORT VAT OR CUSTOMS DUTY FEES, TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.
These charges are calculated and applied by the border force control within the country of destination and are not applied by us or the courier service.
Tulas has no control over these charges and are not able to cancel or reduce them. Customers are advised to check with their local border force control for more details regarding this.
Tulas is not responsible for any parcel(s) a customer refuses to pay customs fees for and will deduct any fees incurred from the refund once the parcel has been returned to us by the courier.
How do I know what size to order?
Each of our Abaya Sets and Maxi Dresses have their own individual measurement size charts to help you select the correct size. Abaya sets are also standard lengths such as 52/54/56/58.
If you are unsure what size to select, use a measuring tape to help you:
Step 1: Measure around the waist, shoulders, hips and height (from shoulders to floor) in order to determine what garment size to order.
